Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant to join our team at Relsus India. The ideal candidate will possess a B.Com degree and have 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience. Candidates with CA Intermediate qualifications are also encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to candidates from Indore or Ujjain.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct regular financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com).
- 4-5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- CA Intermediate qualification is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
