Towards this goal, RELSUS™ has adopted an end-to-end approach towards quality, sustainability, and traceability. We believe that these 3 objectives are mutually dependent and must be addressed holistically.

Right from farming
RELSUS™ has set up its own model farms in India, where it nurtures the land with highly sustainable organic agricultural practices. RELSUS™ has partnered with one of the most prestigious Indian agricultural universities on joint research projects to develop and cultivate high-quality Non-GMO crop varieties to ensure the best quality raw materials with least environmental footprint are available for our products. Besides our own farms, we partner with farmers to help them adopt these best practices in order to secure our scalability.
To process development and production practices
RELSUS™ has developed one of the world's most efficient water based technologies to produce novel plant-based proteins. RELSUS™ proprietary technology delivers consistent high quality without damaging the environment or using nasty chemicals or solvents. RELSUS™ technology promises to solve the three key industry problems. Firstly, it delivers consistency in quality of plant-based proteins in every batch, which helps food & beverage companies to have peace of mind that their end products will maintain their nutritional, taste and texture profile, Secondly, RELSUS™ products exhibit neutral taste and aroma, which is essential to eliminate artificial taste maskers during food production and maintain clean labels, and Thirdly, it promises to make the novel, high quality products more affordable for mass adoption.
