Formerly the Director of Marketing and Sustainability at DSM API, and a regional sales and marketing leader at Eli Lilly and Glenmark, she is renowned for her people leadership and successful global product launches in regional markets. Suman is recognized for her dedicated, responsible, and professional approach. Passionate about forging external partnerships for Policy and ESG leadership, she brings a unique ability to translate ideas into successful executions.

Previous Roles include Associate Director (R&D) - DSM API business (Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa). More than 30 years experience in the areas of Technology Development, New Product Development, Technology transfer and optimisation of technologies including Fermentation. Co-innovator for 3 patented APIs. Dr. Neeraj is known for his strong knowledge of various technologies and a pragmatic approach to work with commercial teams to make these technologies commercially viable.

Previous Roles include Head Production –PureActives APIs in DSM API business An operations and project management expert with 35 years of experience in Fermentation, and Chemical processes. He has also played a leading role in New Technologies transfer, Plant commissioning and Scale up. Has the honour of being World's first Plant Head to produce enzymatic statins successfully. Rajveer is known for his high energy, strong leadership & commitment, and a very strong drive.
